I know its too early to tell but I seem to like the features of this board better, its a breeze to configure the user preferences. I like the privacy settings as well.

Well, this is a much more robust platform for a community. The other site was more of a website, this more community and user oriented.

It's a lot more quirky to set up and configure though :S

I was just asking Rob about a week ago why we didn't use vBulletin heh

I noticed ASC has become the template of sorts. Not a bad thing. I'd prefer to see the quick reply option automatically enabled instead of having to click on an icon from a post though.

Only problem I see coming up will be that Korean players will likely want to use Korean in the main forums and not just in their private team forum.

I haven't used vBulletin because it's been a team site until now and not Korea wide. This is a lot better to manage so far though. We can talk about moderators etc. at the meeting.

I'm all ears on features though. I'm templating the forums on ASC as it's obviously worked for them. I've 'borrowed' some of their text etc because it's getting late and I want this working before I sign off for the night.

Took the password off the new games for now and added the game in the calendar. Might be a good idea to protect that info in the future. ASC is gray on Airsoft and they protect that info.

Game info is open, but most things are restricted unless you are age verified. Police are known to frequent the boards (and even participate in games), so we try our best to keep things upfront, but well monitored.
