South Korean Army Vest?

This is a pretty bad picture but that's my vest with ROK army BDUs from my cousin.

But my main question is what is the vest, gloves, boots, and other etc that a regular things the ROK army uses. I Googled and could not find where to anything.

Closest thing you will find in the way of vests is the british load carrying rig (old style). Combat belt and bracers with pouches attached where needed.
