Okay, then.

I work as a gunwriter (as you might know if you have read my posts... P.S., the Vektor CP1 replica is STILL WANTED, any help is BEGGED!), and I have attended to the SHOT Show in Las Vegas and Orlando in the past two years.

I have seen the mock-up PDR "Personal Defence Rifle" (http://www.magpul.com/pdfs/PDRtech_PR.pdf), and I am really interested in the project. The thing is extremely compact, so I am still guessing how they're doing to make all the moving parts needed in a real firearm fit in such a compact package (mind that it's intended to be chambered in 5,56x45mm and in 6mm calibers such as 6,8x43mm-SPC and 6,5x39mm-Grendel!). If I am going to the next SHOT Show (not sure!) I'll be asking MagPul if they have a spare mock-up to sell me for my collection (arsehole that I am... :p ).

My point is... since an Airsoft version of the MagPul "Masada" (a.k.a. Bushmaster ACR semi-automatic rifle (http://www.bushmaster.com/acr_update.asp), a.k.a. Remington ACR assault rifle system (http://www.remingtonmilitary.com/acr.htm)) ALREADY EXISTS (http://www.dmrsoftair.com/product_info.php?products_id=853) (retail price: 210 € in Italy, I definitely -AM- getting myself one for X-Mas!), and so appears to be coming an Airsoft version of the FMG-9 (called the FPG (http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x79/DIGITALWastelands/Magpul/FPG2.jpg)) why hasn't anybody thought to make an Airsoft version of the PDR? It'd be easier. The gun doesn't exists already, so no needs for licensing and no fear for lawsuits... well, almost.

I'd buy it. Who else would?
