Well, I rushed it through and here's the beta of the new site. I'm all ears about what everyone thinks so let me know. The old site is still functioning happily at: ghosts.airsoftkorea.org/ all of your old forum posts and info is still there and won't be taken down.

If you click on 'Community' you can get to the 'Pictures and Albums' area. Everyone can now post their own damn pictures and get credit for it :D

How's the new logo work for everyone?

In the new 'Airsoft in Korea Media' you can now directly embed youtube videos. If you want to post pictures you can now create your own galleries of up to 100 pictures. Post a new thread with a link to in the media forum so everyone knows it's there. The pictures will be automatically resized to 1600X1600 max. If anyone has a reason to post them larger I can raise the bar.

Me thinks 1600x1600 is more than adequate. YouTube videos, that's one load of the admins, its a pain in the butt for admins to keep updating the site, at least people who create them can publish themselves.

@Ninja, this is a much more robust platform than PHPBB, I was just musing before.

There would be no point to a central login because each team is going to make/manage their own site. I didn't do this so I would be managing 10 sites instead of... none.

Teams can have any site they want. The Ghosts are using ghosts.airsoftkorea.org because that's the easiest thing for them to use. Their site is not related to this. This is Korea wide for all airsoft players.

We had Joomla forums before, 1 login for both. I know what Drupal forums are like and what they do. This is the best for what we need.

Chris, should I post a review about the Madbull Crawler barrel and the Xcortech X3200 Chrono in the review section or the Airsoft Equipment Discussion?

If it's your review it should go in the review section. It's it's just pointing to a review or a new product then it should go in the equipment section. Use your judgment.

I'm really looking forward to the crawler myself. I was considering getting another receiver/frontend for the AUG with a crawler in it. That way I can change my gun on the fly from a Korean compliant to a team standard gun without using a reducer. If we can go back to the old limits sometime I'm getting one for sure.

Check the review when I post it and get ready to place your order.
