Everyone, here is your chance to get some input into the proposed new rules before next week. Please e-mail righteous@hotmail.com to get a copy of the proposal in MS Word 2003 format and a staffing sheet in MS Excel 2003 that will allow you to suggest changes. Just read the rules, make your suggestions, and send the staffing sheet back to me.
You may now get the rules and staffing sheet in the attached zip file.

The 'Anyang Ghosts' forum is now locked to everyone except team members who have played (if you are one of those and can't get it PM me or post here). You can post the rules up and talk about everything freely now there.

If you have anything you want to talk about at the meeting post there.

A staffing sheet shows where a document is to be routed. It also has blocks to fill out for concur or non-concur and a small remarks section.

I believe the intent of the Recon Squad is to move more towards a MILSIM game. I have some scalable rules for that type of game that I have updated. I will e-mail you those. I suggest we use the Unified Rules for now and then individual teams can determine amongst themselves when they play each other if they want to use the Scalable Rules. The differences in rules are mostly for mag capacity, ROF, velocity, and sniper and MG teams along with limits on drums and hicaps.

You are free to post the rules unedited in the Ghosts forum. All 'full members' can access that area but registered users can't without a permissions upgrade.

I'll create another forum later just for 'full members' and move some stuff over there, but just use the Ghosts forum in the mean time.
